No connection between software and RCON controller?

Question:
Why doesn't the CON software (RCM) connect to the RCON controller??

Answer:
Before connecting for the first time or if the number of driver units has been changed, the gateway must be set up again with the Gateway Configurator. Only after the correct setup does the CON software (RCM) connect to the RCON controller.

The Gateway Configurator software can be downloaded free of charge from the following page. Registration is required for this.
