Mini Table Types for Efficient Assembly and Handling Technology
Small mini table types are used as electro-mechanical positioning systems in many manufacturing companies. They are suitable for mounting devices, lifting, lowering, pressing and clamping as well as for horizontal movements.
In the RCP3 series, the smallest models are available as a table carriage axis with ball screw. The latest developments are the space-saving mini table types of the RCA2 series with 24 V servo motor or the RCS2 series with 230 V servo motor.
RCP3 series with 24 V stepper motor
The mini RCP3 series are available with separately replaceable stepper motors with sliding or recirculating ball screws.
Depending on the type of axis, the widths start at 22 mm and the strokes start at 25 mm and up to 150 mm. The maximum load capacity for the Mini RCP3 series is up to 6 kg.
High precision RCA2 series with 24 V servo motor
High-precision ball screws with accuracy class C10 and brushless 24VDC servomotors make it possible to convert the rotary movement into linear lifting or pulling movements as well. The mini-cylinders allow linear movements with small path fluctuations of max. 20 μm over an absolute travel of 25 to 100 mm.
The combination of flexible add-on components and high resolution encoders achieves a high level of precision, which is particularly suitable for demanding assembly, lifting / lowering, pressing and horizontal movements such as overhanging loads. With the built-in guide, the axis can compensate for the bearing of overhang loads.
