SCARA robot in cleanroom-compatible design
IAI offers compact and powerful SCARA robots in cleanroom-ready design according to ISO standard 14644-1:2015. They are a popular option for small robotic assembly applications.
These robots generate minimal dust, making them ideal for use in a cleanroom environment. The air inside the robot can be exhausted to create a negative pressure when ISO cleanroom class 3 conditions must be met.
Cost-effective IXP SCARA robots with 24 V stepper motor

IAI's entry-level model IXP, which is also available as an ultra-compact clean room SCARA robot for robotic assembly applications, provides a cost-effective entry into cleanroom automated manufacturing. Through the use of stepper motors, the IXP series costs much less than conventional models.
The permissible load is comparable thanks to the high-performance drivers. Due to the low weights of the robot arms between 7 kg and 23 kg, the robots can move payloads between 1 kg and 6 kg. All models are equipped with battery-less absolute encoders.
