The space-saving mini slide table types with motor and encoder replace conventional pneumatic cylinders due to their identical design and simple motion control.
They are often used in confined spaces as for lifting, lowering, pressing and clamping workpieces as well as for many other combination options within handling and assembly technology.
Mini slide table types are available in narrow, wide and flat versions. They can move payloads of up to 20 kg horizontally and up to 6 kg vertically for stroke lengths of up to 200 mm.
The integrated guide means that there is no need for an external one, eliminating design effort and saving installation space.
Various mini types are optionally available with brake. Due to the additional brake unit attached to the rear axle, these models differ in size and appearance from models without brakes.
EleCylinder mini types
These 2-point positioning actuators have built-in controller, motor and encoder despite the minimal sizes. In addition, they are equipped with a ball screw and built-in linear guide.
Speeds are adjustable to any value, from low-speed to high-speed operation.
Due to their modular structure, individual parts can be replaced, making maintenance very easy. The service life is approximately 5 million cycles.
