EleCylinder actuators with linear guides
EleCylinder slider type actuators feature two or four built-in guides, eliminating the need for external guides. The result is a particularly compact device profile. The built-in controller system allows selection of two or, optionally, three positions.
Instead of two, these high-rigidity slider types are equipped with a 4-lane linear guide, which distributes the payload across four steel ball tracks instead of two.
TThis allows significantly higher payloads and load capacities with overhanging workpieces. The permissible dynamic load moment increases to 3.5 times that of the standard version.
This design is particularly suitable for applications with high reaction forces, such as tightening screws or drilling holes.
The complete EleCylinder series is optionally available with the “3-position mode specification”. This means that stops are not only possible at the set start and end positions, but also in between.
In certain applications, the cycle time can be shortened by stopping at intermediate positions.
EleCylinder toothed belt axes with 2- or 3-point positioning are ideal for transfers over long distances. The maximum speed does not drop due to the toothed belt drive, even with long travel distances.
Three models with stepper motors are available for heavy loads at speeds of up to 1,800 mm/s. With a servo motor, the maximum speed is 2,000 mm/s. The maximum stroke length for all models is 2,600 mm.
EleCylinder with ISO classes 2.5 and 3 have been developed for transport applications in cleanrooms.
Low dust generation is ensured by a stainless steel plate on the top, air extraction inside the housing, slides with roller bearings, and low-dust lubricating grease (ball screw/guide).
The hand-held programming device "Touch Panel TB-03" can communicate wirelessly with EleCylinder actuators.
This means that even axes that are already firmly installed behind covers and invisible from the outside can be reprogrammed quickly and easily.

Large slider types for up to 400 kg payload
Large EleCylinder slider type actuators with 230 V AC servo motor are suitable for large overhangs and high load torques. They have a maximum stroke length of 2,800 mm and reach speeds of up to 2,000 mm/s. Models with intermediate support enable high-speed operation even with long strokes.
The payload can weigh up to 400 kg horizontally and 80 kg vertically. They are equipped with a battery-free absolute encoder as standard and are optionally available with double slides.
