Miniature and micro sizes

Mini-EleCylinder are suitable as rod types, slider types or compact slider type actuators for transporting or pressing workpieces in confined spaces. Even when installed behind covers.

EC-T3 EleCylinder Mini Slide Table Type

Despite their minimal dimensions, all mini EleCylinders feature a built-in motor, encoder, controller and linear guide. As a replacement for pneumatic systems, they can move to 2 or, with the ‘3-position option’, a maximum of 3 positions.

The speeds can be set to any value, from low to high speed operation. The service life is approximately 5 million cycles.

Longer strokes, higher speed and more power

The space-saving Mini-EleCylinder series has been expanded to include new linear actuator and compact slider type actuators featuring longer stroke, higher speed, and a higher maximum payload.

With a maximum stroke length of 150 mm, horizontal payloads of up to 35 kg and vertical payloads of up to 6.5 kg are possible despite the compact dimensions.

The complete EleCylinder series is optionally available with the “3-position mode specification”. This means that stops are not only possible at the set start and end positions, but also in between.

In certain applications, the cycle time can be shortened by stopping at intermediate positions.

Wireless programming via Teaching Pendant
Touch Panel TB-03 with wireless programming of EleCylinder actuators

The handheld programming device "Touch Panel TB-03" can communicate wirelessly with EleCylinder actuators within a radius of 5 m via Blootooth. This enables status feedback, position and speed input, test runs and much more.

Even actuators that are already firmly installed behind covers and invisible from the outside can be reprogrammed quickly and easily. More information at:   Controllers

Built-in motor, encoder & controller

Despite their small size, mini EleCylinder actuators also have a built-in motor, encoder and controller.

In addition, all EleCylinders are also available with a battery-free absolute encoder. Without a battery, no maintenance is required and reference point movements are not necessary after commissioning, emergency stop or faults. This increases the operating time and reduces production costs.
