3 positions freely selectable

Thanks to the 3 position mode specification option stops are possible not only at the forward and backward ends but also at intermediate positions.

In certain applications, the cycle time can be shortened by stopping at intermediate positions.

 

Application example: Inserting lids into vials

To place lids in the vials on conveyor belt B, the lids are picked up from conveyor belt A in an intermediate position.

1. Stops at an intermediate position
   The vacuum pad at the tip picks up a lid flowing on the conveyor A.
2. Backward end
   Moving up to the backward end.
3. Forward end
   The lid is inserted into the vial.

The 3 position mode specification option enables transfer between conveyors with different heights.
